A message from our school principals.

Good afternoon Mossfiel families,

We are looking forward to welcoming our Year 3-6 students back to school on Tuesday next week. I sent out the process on Compass yesterday for families, so please familiarise yourselves with these processes prior to Tuesday.

Some important points from this process:

- Please ensure students bring a drink bottle everyday- as we don’t have the facilities of a drink tap during this time

- If you have multiple children attending the school, they are able to enter and exit through the eldest sibling’s gate

- Please ensure you adhere to physical distancing when outside the school gates. To assist this process, we have made line markings on the ground

- We appreciate your cooperation in adhering to the time frames for your child's last name. This will ensure we have the minimal number of people around the school gates at the same time

- Please ensure students use the available crossings to cross the road, and please adhere to one way street regulations from 8:30-9:15, and 2:30-3:15pm

iPad Collection

To make this process as smooth as possible, we are asking families to bring them back on Tuesday, 9th June or at the very latest Wednesday, 10th June. Families are asked to take i-pads to the gate their children will be entering according to the proposed return to school process detailed in the previous compass notes. Whether your family loaned one or two i-pads, you will still need to bring them to the gate your children are required to enter. Here, a member of staff will collect the i-pad and accessories and tick you off as having returned the items.

Public Holiday

Monday is a public holiday, so no students are required at school

Late Arrivals

Please ensure students arrive at their designated arrival time. If you do need to drop off your children after 9:15am, please park out the front, and call the office on 97491227. Please stand at the front gate on Langridge Street, near the staff car park. A member of the staff will meet you at the gate to walk your child/ren into the classroom.

At this stage, there won’t be any onsite assemblies, however we will be having internal virtual assemblies for our students.

Have a lovely weekend,

Sara, Dennis and Andrew
